Adobe App subscription issues

Hi

im subscribed to Adobe Acrobat through Apple but it seems when I open the app it's in trial mode. I have tried to contact Apple but they directed me back to the app developers for assistance. Please advise how this can be resolved if possible. Thank you!

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. OS version?
  2. Make and model of your device?

Try to sign out and sign in back to your account. Do the following to restore your subscription:

  1. Tap the profile icon.
  2. Tap Subscriptions or Manage subscriptions
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.

I have the same isssue. I have tried all and   No luck.  Just updated IPhone software and subscription not active.  iPhone 11.  Version 14.4.  Please help.  I have a lot of work to complete.
