I signed up for Adobe it is supposed to be $9.99 a month. Why has it increased to $21.59 a month?

I checked your account with the email address registered on the community, and the billing amount for the Acrobat Premium subscription reflects as $9.99.

If this is not the case, please share a screenshot with us where you are charged higher than usual so we can investigate further into it.
