Adobe DC iPad - Move file to DropBox - Issue with Replace or Duplicate

I have nine (9) Apple iPads in the field using Adobe forms. When the forms are completed they are individually saved to their own DropBox Business Standard accounts. They are highlighting the Adobe file, selecting MOVE, selecting DropBox from the location list and selecting the DropBox folder to save the file. If the file is a duplicate, they are prompted to select either Replace OR Duplicate. If they select Replace, the original file is deleted in DropBox, but the new file is not replaced. Any thoughts?

Hi Merrymeet,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, the files does not replace when you select the replace option while saving the filled form. Is that correct?

If yes, would you mind sharing the step by step workflow you do, so we can replicate the behaviour on our end.

Let us know how exactly the  Adobe Acrobat Reader application installed on the device.

Did you check if the issue occurs with every file that you try to save using the method?

Also, share the application and OS version on the device.

Let us know if the issue is already resolved.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi,

Please refer to this thread:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-mobile/how-to-move-or-copy-pdfs-from-my-device-to-dropbox-in-the-acrobat-app-on-my-ipad/td-p/10781105

And follow Meenakshi guidance in the additional links provided.

If any of the suggestion found in the above link doesn't work dor you, try by moving your files to the Document Cloud as a temporary work around as suggested in this other thread:
