Adobe ExportPDF doesn't work, althought it is subscribed.

Adobe ExportPDFdoesn't work at my iPhone 6 nor at iPad, although it is prepaid until September 6th, 2018 and it is also listed in my Apple subscriptions. If I want to Convert PDF to Word or Excel, it offers me subscription. In my Adobe Account it is written, that Adobe Export PDF is already subscribed.

Dear Derek,

thanks for your answer. In “My Account” page, the “Adobe Export PDF”

subscription is now “Subscribed” and the Export already works. The solution

for my problem was to click on: "Restore Previous Purchases" in the Adobe

Acrobat Reader Application / My Account. However, I think it should be

updated / paired automatically.

Best regards, Peter Gal

Hi peterg81127899,

I’m sorry for the delay and any inconvenience.

Please do the following steps to confirm if you have “Adobe Export PDF” subscription,

1. Tap red “Home” button at the upper left hand corner

2. Tap “My Account

3. In “My Account” page, tap “Sign In” to sign in to Document Cloud with Adobe ID

4. In “My Account” page, check “Adobe Export PDFsubscription is “Subscribed” or not

If you have subscription, you should see something like below,

Thank you for your patience.
