Adobe Files Will Not Open Since Update June 2024

Question

Since recent update June 2024, I can see all Adobe PDF files . When I click to open anything, nothing will work. I cannot open any of my files or do anything else, as if the screen is frozen. I've reopened and shut my phone down and still does not work.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

Do you experience this only when trying to launch a PDF?

To test, would you mind going to the Files App-> select any PDF file-> click on share-> scroll down to click "Open with Acrobat."

If this does not work, please share a screen recording video of the entire event for further investigation.

Also, please make sure that your device's OS is updated to the latest version for the best experience.
