Adobe Fill&Sign iOS app - Google Drive integration issues

Hello,

 

Having a lot of problems with the Fill&Sign app at current.

 

Recently, when I go to Google Drive through the Fill&Sign app, various folders and files just aren't showing up.

 

It seems pretty much random - one day they'll be there and the next they won't. All the files in the folders are PDFs.

 

Anybody else experiencing these issues? Our organisation will need to look for an alternative if this can't be resolved - so frustrating!

Yes! I'm having a number of iOS integration issues since iOS 13.2.2!! I used to be able to print to my adobe pdf, and have it come up in my app options when grabbing a pdf sent to my via email or off the web. It's so frustrating and I wonder why I'm bothering to pay so much for Adobe when it's become essentially useless to me on mobile platform.

Hi SkyCaves,

 

As you have mentioned above, you are not able to locate Google Drive folders or files via the Fill & Sign application on mobile device.

If that is correct, make sure that the application is updated to the latest version. Also, you may try once to reboot the device.

 

If the issue persists, could you please more details as asked below:

- Current version of the Fill & Sign application

- OS version on your iOS device.

- As you have mentioned above, does it happen to all the users at your organization?

- As the application is used in organization, how it was installed?

Thank you for your response.

 

The version of fill & sign is 19.04.00

iOS is version 12.4.1

It does happen to others in the organisation, yes, and the app was installed individually on each device from the App Store.

Hello,

 

Is anybody able to provide me with an update on the situation?

 

My colleagues are still having problems, though the issues have changed slightly - they are now unable to see any new folders they have set up within an existing folder in Google Drive (when accessing through Fill&Sign).

 

The iPads were updated to iOS 13.2 yesterday and the problem still persists.
