Adobe forms when using ipad IOS 13

Hello,

We are having issues with the Adobe app on our iPads using Forms.Is there any way to set up a form 8in my computer) and to be distributed to two email addresses?(when using ipad) I tried adding two submit by email buttons with different email addresses associated with them but it indicates that the form cannot be distributed this way. It there any other process to do this?

Is anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?

Hey there!

As per the description given above, would like to know whether you want to send that form to two email or would like to setup a submit to email button and want to send it to two different emails?

For condition-1 yes it is possible to share one form to tow or more people by using share feature.

for condition-2 no, it is not possible to setup 2 email to collect responses through Submit to email button. It has to be only one destination.
