Hope you are doing well. As per the above description, I understand that you want to keep the application active in the background.

Whenever you close the application after reading a specific document and then re-open it, it will open the specific location from where you last closed.

Are you facing any issues with its workflow of it? If yes, please let us know if this is with a specific file or with all the files in general.

Also, please let us know the version number of Acrobat Reader Mobile and the iOS version you are using.
