Adobe is trying to charge two different cards for the same subscription

I have adobe acrobat and it couldn’t charge one of my cards so it charged another but it still trying to charge the first card. It should all be one account so why is it trying to charge twice?

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

     

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have two plans 

    1. Acrobat Premium
    2. AI Assistant for Acrobat

    Both the plans were purchased 5 days ago, hence you are getting two charges.
