Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

  1. Did you check if you are using the same email which youhave used to purchase the plan?
  2.  What is the error message? If possible, please share the screenshot of it.

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.

Hi, I subscribed for the PDF, but is not recognizing keep asking me to subscribe again and again. Please help.
