Adobe makes a copy of pdf

Every time I open pdf files, adobe makes a copy of it. So, ultimately it consumes 4 to 5 gb of storage from internal memory. I then have to manually delete all data from adobe app's phone settings by option 'clear data'.

This is very troublesome. Please help me to disable adobe making copy of pdf files I opened.
