Adobe mobile refund

I’d like to ask for your help regarding my Adobe mobile subscription. I started the 7-day trial to test the app, but unfortunately, I forgot to cancel it before the trial ended. The subscription fee was then charged through my Google Play account. Sadly Google is of no help.

I understand this was my oversight, but I haven’t really used the paid features since the trial. The money that was charged was actually intended for my brother’s tuition, so it’s a bit of a setback for us.

I’d be very grateful if for any help processing a refund for this accidental subscription renewal.

@ECxchange when you buy (even a trial version) an Adobe app through the Google Play Store, the purchase and subscription are managed directly by that platform. Which means, Adobe (aka @S. S ) doesn't have access to their records. because the subscription is processed and managed by Google, we don't have access to the billing information or purchase history in our own system. Your payment and subscription are tied to your Google account.

Try going to your Google Play account settings. This is found in the Google Play Store app under 'Payments & subscriptions,' or by visiting http://play.google.com/store/account

Hi @ECxchange,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

I checked the account and saw that you have an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

You opted for the free trial but did not cancel it during the 7-day time frame, so the amount was deducted at the end of the period.

To submit your cancellation request and to know more about how to manage your subscription, please check the help page https://adobe.ly/4f9DHD8

Souvik.
