As you wanted to know about Acrobat premium mobile and its features. The Acrobat Reader is a free, standalone app with additional premium features that are available when you purchase a subscription.

You cannot use the features on the PC version, To use the PC version there are different subscriptions like Adobe Acrobat Export PDF, Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack, Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, or Adobe Acrobat DC for Enterprise
