adobe new update

i am really so shocked that a big company like adobe can’t secure the customers pdfs, their reply is not helpful at all , I can’t imagine that I can’t have my old important PDFs again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, you cannot find your old documents.

Are you referring to the files saved on Document Cloud and Local? Or just the local files?

In the new Acrobat UI, go to Files > Locations > On this iPad/iPhone.

Check if you can find those file there.

Please let us know

(a) If you cannot find local files in the new Acrobat UI (Files > Locations > On This iPad/iPhone).

Or

(b) lost local files because you have uninstalled Acrobat?

For situation (b) local files are gone permanently. It may be possible to restore from iCloud or iTunes backup. You may see Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Also, share the current version of the application installed on your device.

If you have managed to find the solution to this problem, then you may please help us with your findings.
