I can't see my highlighted prints with text. I can't share file what's up with the system?

1. Application name and version.

2. Device name and version.

3. Is the issue file specific? If yes, then please share the file with us so we can check on our end.

4. What is the error you're getting when sharing the pdf? And a screen recording of the happening situation.
