Hi Owena52127671,

It could be a possibility installation didn't complete properly.

  • You may try clearing the Cache, Go to Settings>Apps>Acrobat Reader>Clear Cache
  • If that doesn't work then try uninstalling and reinstalling the application.
  • You may also check the update, whether you have the latest version installed or not?

Also, could you confirm your android version?

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

I have followed your instructions and it shows that Adobe is successfully installed but it does not show up on my list of installed apps.and there is no icon on my android face My android is a Neocore series ! i think.Therefore there is no way i can open it still.
