Adobe premium abonnement does not work in Windows Orly on iPad

I have a premium abonnement on my apple account and Thatcher Works on iPad and iPhone

I want to use it on Windows, but thaï doesn't wotk there.

i can read in Windows, but I canot changé anything, like Turing Pages, or fil in documents, what works on Apple

What subscription do you have exactly? Have you bought that subscription in the App store from apple?
