Adobe premium. Files disappeared and not converting.

Hi

my adobe premium is glitchy. Firstly the files won't convert or save to cloud it just keeps circling on repeat. The files then just disappear they can't be found in recent and I get an error message when I try to open the adobe file on my phone or iPad saying try again.

Any help appreciated. This has been going on a week or so now.
