adobe premium ios 18.5 fill and sign issue with phone number?

Could you let us know if this issue started recently or if it's been happening for a while? Also, please check which version of the Acrobat Reader mobile app you're using. You can find this by tapping on Profile > About Acrobat. If you're not on the latest version, please update the app from the App Store, restart your device, and see if that helps.

Is this problem happening with just one specific PDF form, or with all forms? And does it only happen when entering numbers, or also when typing any kind of text?

It would be great if you could try filling out a different form (with both text and numbers) and let us know if the issue still happens.

If possible, please share a short screen recording showing the steps you're taking and when the issue occurs. That will help us understand and look into it better.
