Question

Adobe premium not working

I've had premium Adobe for a while now. I go to the app and I want to edit some stuff I suddenly see that I can't edit anything I have to be premium first when I already am.

I go to my purchases from Adobe in my Apple it clearly says I'm premium until June 26, 2022.

I've already signed out everything from the account and turn off the phone, it remains the same.

What can I do to make my premium work?

Hello Chayene,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with acrobat Reader Mobile subscriptions.

Are you getting any error messages when trying to use Premium features? If yes, please share the screenshot of it with us.

Also, please check if you are signed in with Apple ID and not selected Adobe ID there, as this could cause conflict.

If still you are unable to access the premium features, please try restoring the purchase after signing in with your Apple IF. You may click here to learn more: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Tengo el mismo problema. Cuando trato de editar el PDF que ya había comenzado a editar me solicita instalar el premium (que ya tengo) y cuando le doy para comprar nuevamente aparece un mensaje "se ha producido un error desconocido"

Hi,

Can you please try logging in to the online portal and check if you can use the tools there.

Link for the online cloud: https://acrobat.adobe.com/

If the tools show up there, check whether it is the same credentials you are logged in to the application.

If it still does not work, please try restoring the subscription from within the application.
