Adobe Premium not working, is payd for

Hello,

i have a prescription on Adobe Premium for several moths. Al of the sudden this is not working anymore.

Adobe keeps telling in Acrobat reader that I have to buy the program.

You may try the following steps and let us know if that is helpful resolving your issue:

Launch Acrobat Reader app -> Click on Settings (human-like icon on the top right of Home page) -> Subscriptions -> Restore purchases
