Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using Acrobat Reader Mobile's premium features.

 

I checked the email address registered on the community, and couldn't find an active subscription for your account.

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of info for further investigation:
1. A screenshot of the purchase, which shows the purchase number;

2. A screenshot of what you see when you try to use the subscription features.

 

Also, you might want to try logging in to https://adobe.ly/40Z0pZ4 and checking if you can use the tools there.

If yes, I recommend checking the email address you are using on the app.
