Adobe pro for IPad

I have a subscription to Adobe pro dc and cannot use it on my iPad or download the app  I have document cloud with documents but when I try and edit or turn a photo into a PDF it does not work. I have used it before but does not work now. What is going on. My  OS is  14.6   How can get it on my iPad when I purchased it on my computer. I'm out of the country in the UK and need it.  What is the issue
