Adobe Reader 18.09.14 unable to find attachments within a PDF

I have a secure pdf file that has 2 attachments.  When I open this file on my desktop's acrobat reader, I am able to view both attachments.

(In the desktop Reader, there is an Attachments Panel that lists both attachments)

However, when I open this file on my iOS acrobat reader, the application does not find either attachment

(In the IOS Reader, I click on the ... in the upper right hand corner and choose attachments.  The application displays a window with the title "Attachments" that says "No files in this location")

Is this a known issue or limitation with Adobe Reader on this IOS?

Same problem here. I need to access attachments to my encrypted PDFs on a regular basis for work on mobile devices. Not acceptable or possible to have to use my Mac every time.

Any progress on a solution - or even a timescale?

Hi All,

We have recently released an update version 18.10.02 for iOS application.

Please update the application and check if you can find the attachments in the PDF.

Check if you can open those attachments.

Any solution? Same problem here and it is getting a big problem, because I use encrypted PDF many times!

Remove the security of the file and try again.

I don't feel like this is the right direction (the document is meant to be encrypted) but I am willing to give it a try..

How do I remove security in Adobe Reader for iOS?

Not possible. You need Adobe Acrobat for this.
