Adobe Reader App - Ver. 21.02.00

 When I try and update the form (date and check boxes) this is where we are having the issue. Once we update the forms and either email them or upload them to a 3rd party app they are corrected.

I am using the filliable forms on an IPad with the latest IOS. Please fix asap as this is causing issue for our technicians.

We are using Adobe Reader: Ver: 21.02.00 which was updated today.
