Adobe Reader DC Distribution License for Android Devices

Hi there,

my problem is, that i try to get a distribution license for the distribution of the android version of adobe reader dc to android handhelds for the production area of the company i work in. I tried to apply for the license already 3 time with 2 different mail addresses but unfortunatley i still haven't recevied any mail from adobe. I used the form which could be found on: https://adobe.allegiancetech.com/cgi-bin/qwebcorporate.dll?idx=W8RNXE

Could you please review this issue? There are no emails in quarantine or blocked, we already checked that.
