Adobe Reader DC, how to fix hidden fields that appear filled in once I click it?

Hi,

I am currently having problems with a certain document that I was supposed to fill and sign, but some fields appear hidden unless I click them. Those hidden fields were already filled in using my Microsoft Surface, but when I switched to using the Adobe Reader DC App (the latest version) for my iPad Pro (the latest model) those fields that were filled in on my Microsoft Surface appear hidden unless I click them.
