Adobe Reader - Distribution License Agreement

Question

Hello,

We would like to request a volume distribution license agreement for the free Adobe Reader mobile application, see https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/pdf-reader/volume-distribution.html. When I click on the "Apply Now" link it redirects me to https://www.allegiancetech.com/v7/app/login.aspx?idx=W8RNXE and requires a login which I don't have. So how should I proceed? Thank you for answer. Monika Hribalova

I have shared the document to you over the same email through my official account.

Kindly check the document, fill it and send it over.

Once I receive the filled document, I will forward it to the concerned team to process further.

Thanks,
