Adobe Reader - Distribution License Agreement

Hello,

We would like to request a volume distribution license agreement for the free Adobe Reader mobile application, see https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/pdf-reader/volume-distribution.html. When I click on the "Apply Now" link it redirects me to https://www.allegiancetech.com/v7/app/login.aspx?idx=W8RNXE and requires a login which I don't have. So how should I proceed?
