Adobe reader failed to connect onedrive personal. 

Procedure:

Create PDF > select onedrive personal > login and confirm > error : failed to connect, contact admin.

  1. Make and model of your device?
  2. Application version?

 

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.

Using Android g power. App is updated. Phone is updated. So let's skip basic troubleshooting and fix this
