adobe reader ipad pro app

when I fill pdf forms with ipad pro adode app and send it to others that have a windows based computer it shows text as double printed or blurred.It also asks me for password sometimes and whatever i put in doesnt allow me to open

I suggest you use the Adobe Fill & Sign application and check if it is the same.
