Adobe Reader on iPadOS does not let me scroll through document while writing down comments

Hi All,

So I have a user who works with Adobe Reader on iPadOS all the time.

Before she used to open up PDF files and add a comment field to the PDF and while scrolling through the PDF file she adds comments to the file. Last week there has been a change and we do not know what change but now it is no longer possible to scroll through the PDF file while writing down comments. The moment you want to write down a comment the screen freezes at that specific part of the document and you are not allowed to scroll through only after saving the comment it lets you scroll.

Does anyone here maybe have any idea on what could be the issue and how to solve this?

User works on iPadOS 17 and has the latest Adobe Reader version running. We tried reinstalling the application and logging out and back in again from the app.
