Adobe reader on iPhone getting error “Something this wrong please try again later”

I have an annual premium subscription - expires in 9 months.  Adobe Reader app on iPhone suddenly stops working on a file it was previously reading fine.  Error message is something went wrong please try again later.  Have tested other files and get the same error. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

    Sorry to hear this — since it's affecting all files, this is likely an account session or service issue rather than a file problem.

    Please try these steps:

    1. Sign out and back into your Adobe account within the app to refresh your subscription session
    2. Check https://adobe.ly/4fWqQ9S for any ongoing service issues
    3. Ensure the app and iOS are both up to date

    Also, as a workaround, try accessing your files at https://adobe.ly/3RKMyDT from your iPhone browser to confirm if the issue is app-specific.

    Could you share your iPhone model, iOS version, and app version? And did this start after a recent app or iOS update?
