Why does adobe reader so slow on iPad now

    Same here. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it did not help at all. It takes like 20 seconds to launch the app, 20 seconds to open a file, and another 20 seconds before I can use the file (e.g. scroll to next page).

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    There could be multiple reasons behind the application running slow, like cache files, and previous data files clogging the device's memory.

     

    Also, would you mind sharing some information:

    1. The application version you are using;

    2. The version of iOS you are using.

     

    You can check with the below troubleshooting steps.

    • Go to settings-> General -> iPad Storage;
    • Scroll down there to find Acrobat-> click on the button that says "Offload Data"
