Adobe subscription is not showing up in my iOS subscriptions but monthly fee of $19.99 is being withdrawn. How do I stop this without reporting fraud. I don’t want a new debit card.

So, if it isn’t Adobe, who is it? 

Hate to say it, if you don’t report the fraud, and block this ‘vendor’ from charging you, you will be on the ‘hooked’ for any payments. I literally had to do this on my end. I don’t know about you but, I am not paying for further phamtom payments. If I can put a stop on it asap, that would be the best interest on your part too!
