Adobe won't stop Closing

I open the file and it remains usable for only a minute or less,  then closes.  Sometimes takes me back to main screen. Restart of phone didn't help. 

Even tried to get into settings,  but didn't last long enough to find problems.

    Greetings.

    My Android version is 12

    Adobe version is
    22.3.0.21713

    I tried to record with another phone, but email will only allow 25mb. The
    Adobe file is over 57 mb. Please tell me how to video the event. It lasted
    48 seconds from when I opened the file before shutting down.

    You can upload the file to a drive and share the link with us so that we can download and check on our end.

     

    Also please let us know if the app is up to date on your phone. If not, please update to the lastest version and then let us know if it helps.

    Since you have tried restarting your phone once, would you mind sharing a few details with us to check on it further:
    1. The android version of your phone.

    2. The version of the application you are using.

    3. A screen recording of the entire scenario so that we can get a better idea as to how it is happening.
