I'm asking if anyone knows how to do an advanced search for a keyword in multiple pdf files using the Ipad Pro?

Sorry for the inconvenience.
The feature that you are looking for is not available on the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application.
Reader mobile application has access to limited features that are available on the desktop application.
You may raise a request for this feature over here Feature Request/Bug Report Form.
