Post subscribing to Adobe premium tools for mobile (not desktop) through the Adobe app in my android (Samsung M51), can I use the same premium tools in the Adobe mobile app in my IPhone (IOS).

Please advise.

Yes, yo can use it on any device, irrespective of OS. subscription depends on your Adobe account associated with that subscription.
