To speak to a live agent:

1. Go to https://adobe.ly/4xbgIzM

2. Sign in with your Adobe account

3. Look for the chat icon in the bottom right and open it

4. Type "Agent" in the chat box, this usually skips the automated bot and routes you to a live person

A couple of quick things that'll help either way:

• What's the actual issue you need help with (account, billing, a bug, something in the app not working)?

• Which app and device are you on (Acrobat Reader Mobile, iOS/Android)?
