Agreed to new terms and conditions, can't open PDFs anymore

Hi, I received a pop up messages asking me to agree to updated T&Cs. I followed the process and agreed. Now I can't open any PDFs - nothing happens when I click. What could be going on?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you can not open PDFs after agreeing to the updated terms and conditions.

 

- Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to open the PDF files?

- Are the files stored on the shared network/drive or are they located on your device?

- Do you get any error message when you try to open the PDF? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding

 

Please check for any missing/pending updates and try updating the application from Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and reboot the device once and see if that helps.
