I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and couldn't find any active/paid subscription. Please try to restore the purchase and see if that works. Tap on profile > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase and reboot the device once https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/managingsubscriptions.html#restore-a-subscription
Also, if you have used a different Adobe ID to purchase the subscription, please share it with us in DM for further tracking.
