I have already purchased the AI Assistant, but I am unable to activate it. I am using the same email address for both my Adobe and Apple accounts. My device is an iPad. Please can you help me to solve this problem?

I have checked the Adobe Account using the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any paid/active subscription.

 

Please make sure that you are using the correct email address that you were logged in with on App store while purchasing the subscription and see if that works.

 

Also try to restore the purchase. Tap on profile icon > Subscription > Restore Purchases https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/managingsubscriptions.html#restore-a-subscription
