If so, kindly share a screenshot of the error, as this will help us better understand the issue and provide more accurate troubleshooting steps.

I’ve also reviewed the Adobe account linked to the Adobe ID associated with your profile on this community forum. It appears that there is no active paid subscription linked to this account. If you are using a different email address for the subscription,please send it to me via private message. Also,  share the copy of the confirmation email you must have got after purchasing the subscription, this will allow us to investigate further and provide you with the necessary support.
