AI Assistant on Acrobat Not Working

I subscribed to AI Assistant on Acrobat on July 16, 2024, and my subscription status indicates that it's active, with the next payment due on August 16, 2024. However, the AI Assistant has suddenly stopped working on my phone.

 

When I try to access it while reading a file in Acrobat, I’m prompted to resubscribe. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app from the Google Play Store, but the issue persists.

 

Could you please assist me with this?

I was checking the email address that you are logged in to the community, but couldn't find an active subscription.

 

As you mentioned about being able to use the subscription, I highly recommend checking the email address that you are signed in to the application, for the best experience.
