AI Assistant on Acrobat not working

I paid for the Adobe Acrobat AI assistant recently but I am unable to use the service as per the subscription. Each time I open the app, the same message pops up saying, 'adobe acrobat error: is9224/6050/gjdllyuyvi'. I've tried reporting this to different places but still no change.

Hi there

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found a canceled subscription for AI assistant (Purchased via Samsung Store).

If you have used a different Adobe ID/Email for the purchase of AI subscription, please share it with us via private message so we can check it further. Also try to restore the purchase and see if that helps. Tap on profile > Subscription  >Restore Purchase and reboot the application and see if that helps.
