AI does not work with saved PDFs.

PDFs with 300 to 400 pages on an Android smartphone in the Adobe PDF Reader app. When I open a PDF with AI on my smartphone, the AI chat works, but as soon as I save the PDF, the AI chat stops working. It keeps loading indefinitely, and after 10 minutes, an error message appears telling me to try again.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

 

What is the version of the Acrobat App you are using? Tap on the profile > About Acrobat. Also, try updating the app from the App Store / Play Store and reboot the device once https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html

 

If the issue still exists, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.
