Airturn Bt-106 or Bt-200 pedals and Adobe Acrobat DC Pro

How do I get my Airturn pedal to turn pages in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro? I've been using it in my ForScore app and it works fine. Why won't it turn pages in Adobe?

Correct answer Amal.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

At this time, Acrobat Pro on iPad does not officially support page-turning via Bluetooth foot pedals like the AirTurn PEDpro. While the PEDpro may work with some apps that are specifically designed with Bluetooth key mapping for page turns (like sheet music or teleprompter apps), Acrobat doesn't currently have built-in support for external foot pedals.

We totally understand how useful this feature could be, especially for hands-free reading or presenting, You may share this feedback to our product team here (https://adobe.ly/3YsAZBB) for consideration in future updates.

Using Acrobat Pro on an iPad. Airturn PEDpro connected through Bluetooth. Not working to turn pages in Acrobat. Same question...

I'm having the same problem: my pedal doesn't turn pages one at a time with each click. It does with other apps, but not with Adobe. I don't know what to do to fix it. Thanks.

Hi @Allshouse

Could you confirm if your are using the Mobile Application (Acrobat Reader Mobile) to do so?

If yes, We don't have that feature for mobile application at present. Thank you for highlighting this to us. It's in a future enhancement pipeline. You will get an official announcement as well as a notification when this will roll out.

You can use the following link to share your feedback/raise a new feature request to the product team directly: https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

If No, then we will transfer your thread to right forum.

Regards

Ria
