As you have mentioned, you are using active subscription but unable to edit. Could you provide some more details to understand the issue better?

1. OS name (Android/iOS) and version?
2. What edits are you trying to apply?
3. Are you getting any error message? If yes please share screenshot with us.
4. Check if the Acrobat is updated to latest version i.e 21.07.00. You can also refer this help article to check version and check if the subscription is showing active- https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/troubleshooting.html?highlight=about
5. Try editing a different PDF and do share the result with us.
