Al assistant feature do not work after subscription

Despite already subscribing to the AI assistant, I am unable to access its features and am prompted to subscribe again. If anyone can assist me with this issue, I would appreciate it. My subscription is active on my iPad.

I have checked the Adobe Account using the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any paid/active subscription. Please make sure that you are using the correct email address that you have used while purchasing the subscription and see if that works.

 

Also try to restore the purchase. Tap on profile icon > Subscription > Restore Purchases https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/managingsubscriptions.html#restore-a-subscription
