All files are gone

I as a studen use a lot the app Acrobat for iPad to edit some files, I've been using it for 3 months and never had a problem.

Today I opened the app and all the files where missing. I already search in the cloud, deleted files, other app as drive and Dropbox.

I really need to recover the files that where already edited.

If you can help me, I'll be so grateful. Thank you.

What iOS version are you using? which iPad generation?

Have you noticed if this happened after an update?

Also, I am not sure if I understood correctly when you mentioned about DropBox.

Were you transferring files between iCloud, Adobe Document Cloud and DropBox?
