All files deleted!,

Hi, I deleted acrobat reader app on my ipad and then I downlowded it again from the app store. I lost all my files (they where saved in “on this ipad” section). Is there a chance I can have them back?? I am really desperate, ifyou could help it would be awesome.

Have you uploaded the files to Adobe document cloud? If yes, please login to Document Cloud  https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ with the same login ID and password and go to Document  Tab and try to locate the files under 'your documents' and see if that helps.

I've moved this from Acrobat Reader to Acrobat Reader Mobile.

This is how ALL apps work in iPad, it's how Apple made it. There is nowhere on an iPad for apps to keep files, except inside the app itself. So files always delete with the app. Maybe you made a backup of the iPad? Otherwise, I'm afraid it is all gone.
